Discussions, demonstrations, and laboratory exercises performed in the student laboratory designed to familiarize the student with the principles, procedures, and interpretation of general and advanced techniques in the clinical laboratory. Includes theory and practical experience for laboratory skills including phlebotomy, laboratory mathematics, quality control, quality assurance, and principles of instrumentation.
