Catalog description

This course introduces the student to various aspects of financing an entrepreneurial venture. Included topics are: attracting seed and growth capital from sources such as venture capital, investment banking, government, commercial banks, and credit unions. Among the issues discussed are capital budgeting decision making techniques, financial analysis, cost of capital, and the time value of money.
