This course is designed to provide the candidates a forum for the review, discussion, and reflection of supervising the successful implementation of effective instructional practices in diverse school settings. A major goal of the course is to examine the approaches and application of supervisory models that are aligned with best practices, reflective assessment, and the ongoing improvement of student achievement.
