Catalog description

During this study trip, students will explore the complex religious, political, and socio-cultural situation of first-century Palestine and its role in forming both early Christianity and early Judaism. This course will also encourage students to consider the trajectory of both modern Christianity and Judaism out of first century events. Prerequisites: THEO111 or CORE105 Course Attributes: ERS Focus Elective, Humanities Elect/Integrations, Spirituality&Solidarity Minor, Theology Persp / Explorations College of Arts & Sciences Theology
