Catalog description

This course examines selected problems in Sustainability, and incorporates hands-on activities as well as academic readings, discussions, and presentations on the specific topic addressed. Examples of topics offered include: green building standards, designing sustainable communities, issues in sustainability organizational leadership, local climate change leadership, and sustainability metrics and reporting. May be taken for credit more than once, when topic is different, subject to approval by the Director of the academic sustainability program. College of Arts & Sciences Interdisciplinary Studies
