Catalog description

This course is designed to teach assessment and intervention techniques for working with severely mentally ill persons and their families. Uses psychological and psychosocial development theory and research as a basis for case and treatment conceptualization. Further acquaints students with the social, political, and professional context in which mental health practice and research take place. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Must be enrolled in one of the following Majors: Clinical Psychology Psychology College of Health and Human Sciences School of Psychology
