Catalog description

Concepts attempting to explain the motivation and behavior of employees in organizations. Topics include job satisfaction, work motivation, absenteeism, turnover, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviors, and job design with a strong emphasis on current research and literature. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Must be enrolled in one of the following Majors: Clinical Psychology I-O Psychology Psychology College of Health and Human Sciences School of Psychology
