Catalog description
Building on the information obtained in Research Method and Design I (Psyc 221), Research Methods & Design II offers an advanced exploration of how scientists perform and report experimental research in the psychological sciences. The course provides students the opportunity to experience conducting, analyzing, and reporting (i.e., writing and presenting) basic psychological research. Research Methods & Design II and its associated laboratory experience (Psyc 224) emphasize the importance of critical thought in consuming and producing psychological research.
