Org Leadership Capstone

Catalog description

In this capstone course, students will apply an understanding of organizational and leadership concepts, as well as effective communication skills, toward solving an organizational problem. The course will leverage community-engaged learning as students complete team-based projects. Students are expected to apply disciplinary knowledge from their minor, where appropriate, in addition to foundational knowledge and skills from the major. Prerequisites: MGMT200 and MGMT314 and ( MGMT309 or MGMT312) and COMM260 and PSYC261 and ( COMM209 or CSCI230 or PSYC321 or COMM264 or ENTR305 or COMM360 or MGMT385) Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Majors: Organizational Leadership Organizational Leadership Must be enrolled in one of the following Classifications: Senior College of Arts & Sciences Interdisciplinary Studies
