Catalog description

Evidence-based occupational therapy process for geriatric population. Covers common conditions including degenerative changes, low vision, chronic conditions, and dementia. Treatment process include evaluation and interventions strategies as well as community resources, mobility, prevention and health promotion. Service settings will include skilled nursing, home health, end of life care, and inter-professional teaming for individuals with dementia or other complex conditions. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Occupational Therapy Doctorate Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate College of Health and Human Sciences Occupational Therapy
