Catalog description

This final core curriculum course focus is on synthesis of knowledge and implementation of the role of the (PMHNP). Clinical decision making and critical thinking are emphasized in an inter-professional environment with a focus on the PMHNP as a principal provider of holistic care for individuals and families experiencing transitions resulting in acute and chronic psychiatric/mental health disorders across the lifespan. Prerequisites: NURS784 and NURS785 College of Nursing Nursing
