Catalog description

Focus on facilitating holistic health outcomes for families experiencing pediatric transitions. Family transitions, developmental and situational, through the life-cycle are explored. Issues surrounding pediatric health-illness transitions in the family are also discussed. Diversity of family life related to ethnicity/culture is emphasized. The role of the holistic nurse as an educator, consultant, facilitator and partner with the pediatric client/s and family are emphasized.
