The NURS 363 Practicum course focuses on fostering skill in the clinical setting for planning, implementing, and evaluating holistic nursing interventions used to facilitate healthy outcomes for adult clients with chronic medical-surgical conditions. Therapeutic communication and patient-centered care are emphasized as essential components of all nursing interactions with clients. Students will participate in weekly clinical to apply holistic nursing interventions for health promotion and disease prevention in adults experiencing chronic health-illness transitions in primary, Prerequisites: NURS228 and NURS229 and NURS234 and NURS235 Co-requisites: NURS356 Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Accelerated BS in Nursing Course Attributes: 100 Percent Online No Set Meet, Accelerated BSN College of Nursing Nursing
