Catalog description

This course introduces fundamental consumer behavior concepts that inform consumer decision-making. The goal of this course is for students to gain an understanding of the psychology behind why consumers think, feel, and do what they do. Topics include internal influences, social influences, and situational influences on consumer behavior. This course includes experiential learning components. Prerequisites: Undergraduate level MKTG300 Minimum grade of C Williams College of Business Marketing
