Catalog description

This course explores the unique challenges of marketing services which make up almost 80% of US GDP and include the financial, healthcare, education, entertainment and the legal professions. The goal of this course is for students to understand the differences between products and services, the marketing implications of these differences and be able to apply this understanding in class utilizing experiential, hands on projects. This course emphasizes experiential learning. Prerequisites: Undergraduate level MKTG300 Minimum grade of C Williams College of Business Marketing
