This course is designed to introduce students to the key Management responsibilities and capabilities that are expected of a senior executive in today\2019s business environment. As such, it covers a broad array of topics, including practices related to managing individuals, teams and the organization as a whole. Since the management role of a senior executive is substantially different from that of a senior-level manager the topics in this course will be presented with this transition in mind. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Executive MBA Program Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Williams College of Business Mgmt, Entrepreneurship & HR
