Catalog description
As emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic systems, and autonomous tools redefine industries, organizations require leaders who can strategically manage and integrate these advancements. This course equips students with the expertise to drive technological transformation, implement responsible AI governance, and anticipate future AI trends. Through a combination of hands-on learning and strategic analysis, students will develop the skills needed to train teams, deploy AI-driven solutions, and cultivate a culture of continuous technological adaptation. Additionally, students will learn to articulate complex technologies and their strategic implementation to senior leaders through clear, persuasive written and oral presentations. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to take on leadership roles in forecasting AI developments, managing innovation, and guiding organizations through the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Williams College of Business Mgmt, Entrepreneurship & HR
