Catalog description
This course equips MBA students to manage people and performance with both analytical rigor and practical judgment. We examine what drives motivation and behavior at work, how leaders build influence and alignment, how teams handle conflict and feedback, and how managers diagnose and improve organizational human resource systems that shape performance. A central emphasis is developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence so students can navigate difficult conversations, competing priorities, and complex human dynamics with clarity, fairness, and effectiveness. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Williams College of Business Mgmt, Entrepreneurship & HR
