Catalog description

This is a highly applied course in which the instructor plays the role of facilitator and managing consultant. The student will fill the role as a consultant assigned to and engaged with a real client. The course should be considered partially as an independent study class as the student will work with the client outside of the regular class o achieve specific agreed upon objectives. Prerequisites: MGMT300 and SHRM200 Williams College of Business Mgmt, Entrepreneurship & HR
