Catalog description

This is a study of linear, polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions from symbolic, graphical, and numerical perspectives. Topics include algebraic and analytic properties of functions; sums, differences, products, quotients, and composites of functions; inverse functions; and functions as models. Prerequisites: Placement - Math PRE or Placement - Math ELC or MATH120 College of Arts & Sciences Mathematics
