Catalog description

This course explores strategies for designing scenario-based eLearning experiences for workplace training and development. Students will learn how to create engaging learning experiences that simulate real-world challenges as they may exist in various workplace settings. Emphasis is placed on creating and aligning scenarios with performance outcomes, as well as implementation and evaluation of scenario-based eLearning experiences for employee training and development.
