This course places emphasis on both traditional and agile methodologies for managing instructional design projects. Students will learn how to plan, execute, and evaluate workplace learning and development initiatives. Project variables such as scoping, time, and budgeting will be covered, as well as strategies for effective stakeholder collaboration.
