Catalog description

This course integrates the latest developments in both the theory and practice of corporate finance and gives advanced treatment to questions raised in FINC 600. Topics covered include valuation of financial and real assets, financial risk management, the market for corporate control, financing decisions and market efficiency, dividend policy, capital structure, and ethics in finance. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Must be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: Master of Business Admin Williams College of Business Finance
