Applied Financial Strategy

Catalog description

Students will have an opportunity to provide management consulting services to a local firm. The students will work regularly with key personnel from the firm to collect information regarding the company\2019s goals and objectives, industry conditions, competitors, financial strength, etc. Students will present their recommendations to the client along with an action plan for implementation. Participation is limited. Students must have the permission of the instructor to enroll and will be selected by the instructor in consultation with other faculty members in the Department of Finance. Prerequisites: Undergraduate level FINC401 Minimum grade of B Williams College of Business Finance
