Catalog description

This elective course examines mergers & acquisitions as a means of enterprise value creation. The course will use cases, Q&A, homework, classroom discussions, and real-world applications to develop the initial skills necessary to prepare and evaluate the rationale for buyer/seller proposed M&A transactions and activities. Prerequisites: Undergraduate level FINC300 Minimum grade of B- Williams College of Business Finance
