Catalog description
This course will introduce basic mechanical principles of human movement with an emphasis in sport and exercise. Special emphasis will be placed on pathomechanics, optimizing sport mechanics, structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, and adaptation to mechanical loading. Prerequisites: Undergraduate level EXSC200 Minimum grade of C and (Undergraduate level PHYS160 Minimum grade of C and Undergraduate level PHYS161 Minimum grade of C) or (Undergraduate level PHYS140 Minimum grade of C and Undergraduate level PHYS141 Minimum grade of C) College of Health and Human Sciences School of Sport Science & Mgmt
