This course examines the strategic decisions entrepreneurs must navigate when launching and scaling new ventures. Students will apply entrepreneurial strategy frameworks to assess market opportunities, develop competitive positioning, and adapt to uncertainty. Through experiential learning and strategic analysis, students will refine their ability to make high-stakes decisions that drive venture success. Prerequisites: FINC550 and MKTG550 and ACCT550 Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Must be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: Master of Business Admin Williams College of Business Mgmt, Entrepreneurship & HR
