This course introduces students to the strategic choices entrepreneurs face when launching and growing new ventures. Using a choice-based framework, students will explore key decisions related to opportunity selection, business model design, market entry, and competitive positioning. Students will develop strategic thinking skills essential for entrepreneurial success. Prerequisites: ENTR301 Williams College of Business Mgmt, Entrepreneurship & HR
