Catalog description

This course introduces the theory, characteristics and operation of semiconductor electronics such as diodes, bipolar junction transistors, MOSFET transistors, and operational amplifiers. Design and analysis of analog and digital electronic circuits such as filters, amplifiers, and logic gates will also be covered. Prerequisites: PHYS242 College of Arts & Sciences Physics & Engineering
