This course teaches students the rhetorical principals and writing practices necessary for shaping their professional writing for multiple audiences, and a variety of professional situations. It begins with a short introduction to rhetorical theory, examining how the concepts of writer, audience, purpose, and language interact in public and professional rhetorical situations. This is an upper-level English course\202Fdesigned\202Ffor\202Fjunior and senior English and Writing majors or minors.
