Catalog description

This course focuses on curriculum theories and practices related to students with moderate disabilities in elementary through secondary education programs. Course content will focus designing applied curriculum and multi-leveled instruction for active learner participation in inclusive educational environments which incorporate evaluating, planning, implementing, and managing procedures that are appropriate for individual needs. Required field experience in diverse settings - 30 hours. Prerequisites: EDSP505 and ( EDSP560 or EDSP570 or EDSP591) Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate College of Health and Human Sciences School of Education
