Special Ed Field Experience I

Catalog description

This course focuses on curriculum theories and practices related to students with mild, moderate, and intensive, disabilities in PK \2013 12 education programs. Course content will focus on designing applied curriculum and multi-leveled instruction for active learner participation in inclusive educational environments which incorporate evaluating, planning, implementing, and managing procedures that are appropriate for individual needs. Required 50 field experience hours in diverse settings. Prerequisites: EDSP370 or EDSP360 College of Health and Human Sciences School of Education
