This is a course in measurement and instrument development covering the basics of reliability, validity, classical test theory, item writing, instrument development, interpretation of standardized test scores, and evaluation and use of standardized achievement, aptitude, and personality instruments. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate College of Health and Human Sciences School of Education
