Primary Language Arts/SS Field

Catalog description

This course is designed to allow candidates to apply their knowledge of teaching language arts and social studies to children age 3 to grade 5. This course is a field experience in primary classrooms. The general learning format for the course will consist of field experience along with writing and teaching lesson plans, reflecting on experiences in the field, and a final digital portfolio. Candidates are required to be active and reflective participants in the field experience and associated work. Prerequisites: EDFD110 and EDFD110 Co-requisites: EDEL405,EDEL406 College of Health and Human Sciences School of Education
