Catalog description

Through this course the doctoral candidate will develop leadership characteristics necessary in changing organizations through an understanding and application of organizational leadership, motivational, and change theories models as they apply to organization transformation and management of dynamic systemic organizational change. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate College of Health and Human Sciences School of Education
