Catalog description

A conceptual overview of the foundations of psychodiagnostics. Exposure to both psychodynamic concepts and theory as well as behavioral, descriptive diagnosis as advocated by the DSM IV-R. This includes the development of a framework for identifying the signs and symptoms of psychosis, personality disorders, and neuroses in children, adolescents, young, and middle-life adults, and the aged. Restricted to Clinical Mental Health Counseling majors. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate College of Health and Human Sciences Counseling
