Catalog description
Critical case study analysis of communication processes and practices. Along with the analysis, students will be expected to construct proposals for interventions. Explores contemporary organizational communication theories. Students will learn the Case Analysis Method and how to apply behavioral interviewing methods for employment and performance appraisals. Prerequisites: COMM221 or COMM260 or COMM270 College of Arts & Sciences Communication
