This course creates a foundation to understanding LTAD and will address motor development, motor learning, infomration processing, and the physical, social, emotional and psychological characteristics and abilities of children from the age of 3 to 19. The discussions and course content will be within the context of youth sport programming and developmentally appropriate sport training.
