Catalog description

BUAD 751 is part of the experiential education component of the Executive MBA program. Over the 15 weeks we\2019ll dive into how to apply strategy, finance, and marketing course work from an integrated approach. You\2019ll apply the principles we discuss and learn to develop a detailed strategy for a local business with annual sales of $200K to $40M. EMBA students often site the application of real-world integrative consulting projects in this course and your Capstone course as critical in helping apply concepts taught in other courses and very applicable to their current company. Students will be expected to apply an integrated approach of classwork from Strategy, Finance, and Marketing to help develop a strategic recommendation for each client. Recognizing this is only a 15-week project, this is not expected to be a full-blown strategic analysis and recommendation for the company. However, this course provides foundational learning for BUAD 752/754/756. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Programs: Executive MBA Program Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Course Attributes: MBA Executive Williams College of Business Business Administration
