Catalog description
This course develops students’ capacity to formulate, evaluate, and execute strategy in increasingly dynamic and uncertain environments. Topics include industry and operative analysis, how to exploit internal conditions for competitive positioning, corporate diversification, and strategic renewal. Students will leave with a robust toolkit for navigating complexity and leading their organizations toward sustainable competitive advantage. Prerequisites: ACCT550 and FINC550 and ECON550 and ( INFO550 or BAIS550) and MGMT550 and MKTG550 and BLAW550 and ( MGMT551 or ACCT600) and ACCT601 and FINC600 and ECON600 and ( INFO600 or BAIS600) and MGMT600 and MKTG600 and MGMT601 and BUAD600 Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Williams College of Business Business Administration
