This course provides and introduction to corporate governance that applies to publicly held corporations, privately owned corporations and nonprofit organizations. The course emphasizes the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of effective governance strategies. Prerequisites: ACCT550 and FINC550 and ECON550 and ( INFO550 or BAIS550) and MGMT550 and MKTG550 and BLAW550 and ( MGMT551 or ACCT600) and ACCT601 and FINC600 and ECON600 and ( INFO600 or BAIS600) and MGMT600 and MKTG600 and MGMT601 and BUAD600 Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Williams College of Business Business Administration
