Catalog description

Workforce Diversity Issues utilizes a multi-disciplinary perspective, so we will draw on economic, sociology, psychology, history, management, and law in our exploration of these issues. This course combines analysis of theoretical and background readings, examination of cases, class discussion and sharing of perspectives, experiential exercises, and application of ideas to real-world situations. Student presentations, based on individual and group research, wil assist in achieving course objectives. Restrictions: Must be enrolled in one of the following Levels: Graduate Must be enrolled in one of the following Degrees: Master of Business Admin Williams College of Business Business Administration
