This course provides students with a thorough introduction to the concepts and tools needed to understand the role of the strategic sourcing function in the success of an organization, to lead efforts and make appropriate decisions in order to add value using the sourcing functions of their organizations, and to improve the performance and competitiveness of their organizations.
