Catalog description

Photography I is an introduction to the art of seeing through the photographic lens. Students will be introduced to traditional black-and-white film photography practices and darkroom techniques in the first half of the semester to understand the foundations of photography. In the second half of the semester, students will be working with modern-day digital techniques, exploring post production in Photoshop, and printing archival digital images.
