Catalog description
This course provides an introduction to federal income tax with a focus on compliance, planning, tax research, and ethical issues associated with the taxation of individuals and Sole Proprietorships. The course also provides a basic overview of the tax implications of formation and operation on other types of business entities. Prerequisites: Undergraduate level ACCT200 Minimum grade of B- Williams College of Business Accountancy & Business Law
