This course introduces students to basic anatomical, biomechanical, and neurophysiological principles in both theory and practice. Through the study of somatic methodologies and other physical practices, as well as topics like nutrition and wellness, students explore how to improve fine motor skills, coordination, strength, range of motion, stamina, and more.
