Foundations for Leadership

Catalog description

Students will consider their opportunities, responsibilities, and commitments in the context of leadership effectiveness whether that be personally, or in organizational or community settings. Students will come to understand the concept of relational leadership and how it differs from traditional applications and theories of leadership and management.
