Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to give graduate students in the plant sciences an introduction to basic R programming skills necessary to analyze common experimental designs. Course includes data management, reproducible research principles, common experimental designs, and interpretation and presentation of results with emphasis on how to efficiently use the R language.
