Catalog description

This course will explain how rock mechanics are applied in Petroleum-related disciplines, and its importance in enhancing production from unconventional reservoirs using stimulation techniques, e.g. hydraulic fracturing. This is a basic level course and does not go into detail but provides a good basis for simple calculations.
