This course explores authentic leadership through two phases: internal development and external application. Students examine identity, values, and self-awareness, then apply these insights to leadership challenges in professional contexts. Through assessments, reflection, and skill-building, students will design a personalized leadership development plan grounded in integrity, resilience, and practical action.
